Enrichment Teacher & Academic Support
We are seeking a versatile educator to lead our Art Club (monthly Zoom sessions for students and an ongoing parent chat) and provide academic support across subject areas. You will help families make the most of their curriculum resources, answer day-to-day academic questions, support our Academic Director with curriculum documentation, and grow with us as we expand. An art background is appreciated, breadth across subjects is valued most.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead monthly Art Club sessions via Zoom and moderate the Art Club parent chat
Answer families' questions about curriculum and learning resources
Support curriculum documentation and resource guides
Cover mentoring sessions as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Based in Texas (remote within Texas)
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
Teaching degree or equivalent multi-subject K–8 experience (Texas certification is a plus)
Comfortable leading online sessions for children and engaging with parent communities
Strong communication skills across email, phone, and messaging platforms
Passionate about personalized learning

Admissions & Family Success Coordinator
We are seeking a warm, organized, bilingual coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective families and to accompany enrolled families throughout their journey, from first inquiry to graduation. You will manage admissions, coordinate onboarding, and ensure every family feels genuinely supported.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to and follow up with prospective families (email, phone, WhatsApp) in English and Spanish
Guide families through admissions: interviews, documentation, enrollment
Coordinate new family onboarding (accounts, materials, calendar, expectations)
Run periodic family check-ins; escalate academic matters to the Academic Director
Maintain prospect records and report the pipeline to the School Director
REQUIREMENTS
Based in Texas (remote within Texas)
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
Experience in admissions, customer success, sales, or family/client services
Strong communication skills across email, phone, and messaging platforms
Highly organized; consistent with records and follow-up
Passionate about personalized learning and family-centered education
Background check required
10–15 hours/week during peak seasons, fewer in slower months; $18–24/hour, based on experience.
